AHF is open for training and social drives this year. You need to book ahead to use the facility. You are welcome to camp overnight and stalls can be avalible.

COST WILL BE $50 FOR THE DRIVE, AND $50 FOR STALL RENTAL FOR THE WEEKEND (YOU NEED SUPPLY SHAVINGS).

You must be a member of OE.

Show Fees $100 for HDT

Stall Fee $50 for the weekend

Camping Fee $25 (no hydro or water hook ups available)

 

Stalls are limited, and are held with paid entry fees. (Please note stall fees are non refundable)

Friday -Ship in (clinic taught by myself) Not mandatory, but helpful to many of the new people showing. Cost $50 if not participating in show or $40 if participating of show

Saturday 9am start

Saturday competitor dinner 7pm Potluck

Sunday 9am start  Marathon  about  6km

Stalls $ 50 fee for event
